PAYING WITH CREDIT CARD
We accept credit card payment for online orders.
Please provide the “bill to” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file.
Your credit card will not be charged until we provide the goods or services you ordered.

California sales tax of 9.25% is charged on all orders shipped to locations within the State of California. No sales tax is charged on shipments out of the State of California.
PROCESSING AN ORDER
Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER
We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us at the following e-mail address. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with a mccaulous.com purchase or gift for any reason, please send it back to us within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund, credit or replacement item or, return the item within 30 days of purchase to our store for an exchange or refund with original receipt. Merchandise deemed to be flawed by a manufacturers defect is warranted by the manufacturer and may be returned for exchange or refund within the warranty period.
You can return the merchandise via US Mail, United Parcel Service or at one of the McCaulou's store locations for a refund or replacement.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to you according to the policy stated above. But remember, you can always return or exchange any item at one of our store locations.
